Augé Reichenberg, EVP, Executive Creative Director. 

As a recognized brand professional, digital innovator and leader, Augé strongly believes that customer experience focused, technology enabled and data-driven experiences are the way to success for marketers right now.

Augé is a proven author of digital, social and brand platforms as well as extended experiences and campaigns that can be articulated in every medium by many partners. This includes her social digital campaign for Takeda/Lundbeck’s Trintellix that just won a Silver Lion at the Cannes Lions Health Festival, 2018. Her digital campaign for L'Oreal's CeraVe skincare line won at the International AMEs after the campaign created a demand so great it crashed the site. Then there is the acclaimed "Elephant" campaign for SPIRIVA (Pfizer/Boehringer Ingelheim). This idea relaunched a flat and invisible brand to block-buster status within 10 weeks  of launch, creating a buzz throughout the health care industry and went on to win an Effie. Augé has won and launched, even relaunched many national and international brands for companies, including Pfizer, Lilly, Amgen, Reckitt-Benckiser, Merck, Bristol-Meyers Squibb, Bayer, Allergan U.S. and Allergan Europe; MetLife, Olay, Janssen, Novartis, Takeda, Lundbeck, Otsuka, Auxillium, Colgate, Nestle, General Motors and Alfa Romero.

Under Augé‘s leadership, creativity, embrace of technology and rare business acumen, McCann HumanCare at McCann Health tripled in 3 years having grown from 40 employees to 180; from 13M to 45M, the result of 18 new business wins and organic growth. She also initiated and built McCann Health NY’s first digital and social, creative competency.

At her previous ECD engagement, Augé ran both the NY and NJ offices of Rosetta/Razorfish—a digital pure-play agency—overseeing a department of over 80 digital creative and UX experts. Despite their project-based business model, she creatively led pitches that helped reel in several AOR wins to add to their roster.

Augé’s work has been recognized by numerous U.S. and international industry awards, including the Cannes Health Lions, The Effies, The Clios and Clio Health, Art Director’s Club, Cannes Lions Festival, AMEs, the IPAs, and Globals, as well as the most sought-after US healthcare awards: MM&M, DTC National, Pharma Awards, Rx Club. She helped McCann Health, win “Best of the Best” - Most Awarded Agency - at the prestigious London Creative Floor Awards. She also contributed work that helped McCann Health win “Cannes Health Lions Network of the Year” in 2016 and again in 2017.

Augé is an inductee in the DTC Hall of Fame and has served as a judge at all the most prestigious award shows including the AME's, Effies and Cannes Lions.
